Struan Rodger
Now I've long believed Struan Rodger, detective-series regular and voice of the Face of Boe in Dr. Who, to be an excellent Duncan lookalike. Here's a blurry still of him from good old Edge of Darkness.
Here are a couple more images that are better pictures, but less Duncanish.

Funnily enough, that bottom picture actually looks a bit like a thin version of the Face of Boe, too. But the top picture does look a lot more like Duncan (I can say this with my vast experience of seeing Duncan smiling in bed, of course), which I suppose is more appropriate to this website.
